My idea for a DepicT 90 second video is -
A short horror film based around a string of murders with small clues left behind. The clues are left on purpose by the murderer to gain attention from the police force, but the police don't know who has committed these crimes.
They know that the person works closely within the community and would be widely known to everyone, but the clues are so small that the police can't piece together who might have done it. By the end of the video, the police realize who has done it, but can't catch him as the media coverage for the police department on arresting the most well known person in the city would cause the police department to drop in the rankings and probably be shut down and re-administered by different people.
